Description
Your process, told your way, by everyone who speaks for you.
Right now your representatives and your staff are explaining the same processes to the same people — differently, and some of them badly. Everyone writes their own version. Some versions are out of date, some are wrong, and a few say things you would never say. Your name is on all of it.
Write it once. Approve it. That’s the one they use.
Approved means approved
Stamp a walkthrough and your people can use it with your badge on it — or your own logo, if you upload one. Each representative’s referral link goes into the buttons automatically, so they’re properly credited without touching a thing.
And the stamp looks after itself. Approval is of the walkthrough as it stands — the words, the screenshots, where every button points. If anyone changes a step, the badge comes off their copy, immediately, and they’re told why. Yours is untouched. You don’t have to police it, and you don’t have to find out later.
There’s a public page listing exactly what you currently stand behind — the one you send someone who asks “is this one official?” A walkthrough that’s been edited since approval simply isn’t on it.
Who gets to carry it
Representatives paste their referral link; their code is read out of it and used from then on. Enrol in link checking and each one is followed once to confirm it reaches a live page on your site.
Staff, who earn nothing, have no referral code to give — so they prove a work email address with a six-digit code instead. Your domains, your exceptions.
Then build your pages around it: show the commission wording only to the people who earn commission, and the internal wording only to staff — both usually sit on the same account level, so this is the only thing that can tell them apart.
And everything Pro does, without the ceiling
Unlimited Simplets, unlimited people on each. Share them, embed them on any page, post them anywhere — and see where every person got to.
Sell better. A prospect who’s walked six steps isn’t browsing any more. Each tick is a small commitment, and the ones who don’t finish don’t disappear: you can see the step they stopped at, so your follow-up is about that.
Run your team on rails. Onboarding, month-end, handovers, purchase orders. Build it once, send the link, stop being the bottleneck.
End “I didn’t know that was my job.” One roadmap everyone can see: what the step is, what it looks like on screen, and whether it’s been done.
SOPs people actually follow. A written procedure is a document nobody opens. A Simplet is the same procedure with the real screens in it, walked in order and confirmed step by step — so you know it was followed, not filed.
Train without being in the room. New starters work at their own pace, as often as they need, without booking your afternoon.
Earn as you introduce. Bring in somebody who upgrades and you earn commission on it, for as long as they stay.
